We're grateful for the excellent pruning and care of our collection of trees. Storm damage was the reason we called but we'll be calling back for maintenance to keep our trees alive and healthy. My name is Mariya and I don`t have enough words to describes my thanks to You Joseph!!!! I want to write a story so everyone can know what a kind person You are!!!
I have a kitten, and two days ago my kitten climeb on the very high tree!!! For two days I was tryin to get her down but she was too afraid to make her way down, since the tree was very high. I called fire departmen , they came. They looked how high she is and could done nothing. Then I called animal control and some other animal rescues but noone could get my baby kitten down. My heart was crying together whith my eyes. There were noone on the world to help me. So I start calling her but she was climbing higher and higher, again she was too afraid to go down or maybe she didn`t know how to go down. So I went online and stared to look for a company tree service. They were my last chance. When I google it many companiest showed up. I picked the one that had best rating. Why? because my kitten is my baby, and for my baby I picked the best! I did very good choice. When i called and Joseph picked up I was little afraid to start my story.But I did, and you know what? he carefly listened my dtory and said, without thinking " I will come and get Your cat!" , It was Sunday afternoon!!Joseph came. I was afraid to show him the tree because i thought whe he will see it he will say what everyone said before" Sorry, nothing we can do". But he climbed the tree and get my cat!I By that time cat was higher and didn`t want to go to Joseph.It looked very scary from the groud because they was as high as 20 floors house.Joseph didn`t gave up and get the cat!I couldn`t belive that it happened after two days of nightmare.Maybe some people will say, it is a cat she would come down,but she didn`t!And she wouldn`t!Maybe some will think so what? But Joseph did it on his own sake!Noone esle did it!I want everyone to know what a good heart Joseph has!I am noone to him!but he came and save my cat!Not many people will would done this( for free, just for Thank You)!!Now my kitten is next to me sleeping,and I am crying because I don`t have enough words to Thank You! You are very kind and I know Your company is the best one because when You do Your job with all your heart you get the best result and people get the best service!!! Sorry for little long story, I was trying to make it as short as possible! My parents, Sonia and I Thank You so much for coming and saving Sonia`s life!! I wish You a big good luck in Your life!!! We need people like You!! Thank You!!Thank You!! Thank You!!

After seeing the terrific job they did on our neighbors trees, we hired American Arborist to remove a major branch of a large tree that had been struck by lightning. They removed this heavy branch without any damage to our roof or fencing and cleaned up neatly - all wood and sawdust removed. As they finished up, two other neighbors hired them on the spot. We highly recommend American Arborist!

We hired American Arborists to cut down 2 very large trees and one smaller tree on our property. One of the large trees hovered over our pool, one was next to the road and the other was located next to our fence. It seemed like a challenging job. I was amazed at how well the men coordinated everything and worked together as a team!
When I returned home at the end of the day their was no evidence left that anyone had even been on our property. The clean up job was fabulous. The guys did a great job and I'd highly recommend them. Fast, clean work and a GREAT PRICE!

After taking care of 5 large trees on our property for the last 25 years, we were feeling a bit apprehensive about hiring another company. However, our usual tree guy had gone out of business. We ended up hiring American Arborists.
I look at my trees now and cannot see a single thing wrong with them and I'm kind of tough to please! The crew worked very hastily and cleaned up beautifully. I am finally a satisfied customer.

As you know, I have used another tree person in the past, but when I called him for this job, he took over a week to get back to me. When I contacted you, I had a response within hours. Not only did you get back to me in a very timely manner but you drove over and gave me a very reasonable price for the job that same day. In addition, you found a way to squeeze this Job in so that we could get the trees removed before they put the new gutters on my house.
One of my big concerns was that the job could be done without any significant damage to the 4 landscaping. You and your crew did a wonderful job. They were very careful regarding the landscaping and they acted in a very professional and respectful way. This is why I gave them the tip that I did. They did good work for me and they deserved a good tip.
In addition to the professional way in which you and your crew did the job, you saw a few other small things that needed to be done and you were kind enough to do them without any additional charge.
